I had the pleasure of capturing Grace & Colton’s engagement session this past summer atop Rib Mountain State Park. These two are getting married in the mountains out west in August 2025, so this location felt perfect for their engagement photos. Grace’s cowboy boots and Colton’s Hat totally fit the vibe as well 🙂

Rib Mountain State Park is one of my favorite places to shoot in the Wausau area. The views up top are spectacular and the park is so big there are so many different options for photos. In the summer, the front of the hill offers pretty wildflowers and tall green grass that is every photographer’s dream! If you are considering this location as your spot for your session, count me in!
